FUNCTIE

The HR Officer is a member of the Global HR Team and reports directly to the Global Director of HR.
The Global Office HR team consists of the Global Director of HR, three HR Advisors and one HR Officer.
You collaborate closely with other members of the Global HR Team and (HR) colleagues across our offices.

 

  • Result areas of this position:
    You coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for global office positions and provide operational recruitment support globally where needed, ensuring a smooth, timely and candidate-centred experience.

  • You provide administrative coordination and hands-on support for HR-related procurement processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and effective follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • You execute and coordinate payroll and core HR administration for the global office, including contracts, personnel files, insurance, and HR admin. questions from employees.

  • You provide general operational support to the HR team and HR domains where relevant, contributing to the smooth functioning of HR services and responding flexibly to evolving organisational needs.

PROFIEL

You are a hands-on team player who works autonomously and takes ownership of your responsibilities. You approach your work in an accurate, structured and well-organised manner, with strong attention to detail and quality.


  • Required expertise and experience
    You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably HR related.

  • You have a first experience in HR administration and a strong interest in working in an international environment.

  • MS Office has no secrets for you.

  • You are discrete, work with integrity and can handle and solve situations in a professional and empathetic way.

  • You are authorised to work in Belgium.

  • You are proficient in English, according to CEFR level C1.

  • Proficiency in Dutch is a requirement.

What we’re offering:
A challenging position in a growing international organisation with varied responsibilities and opportunities for professional development.

  • A contract of 70 - 100% of definite duration for one year.

  • A complete remuneration package, which includes a base salary according to bar scale B211 (cf. Flemish
    government), taking into account your relevant seniority, and benefits including free commuting by train,
    tram, metro and bus, meal vouchers, communication allowance, hospitalisation insurance, assistance
    insurance and group insurance.

  • There is the possibility of teleworking up to 60% of your working hours. This allows you to better coordinate
    your work and private life. Furthermore, our office in Saint-Gilles is easily accessible by public transport.
