At Clusity, we build and nurture Belgium’s largest community for women in tech (the vacancy is open to anyone, M/V/X!). We connect people, organisations, and ideas to make the tech sector more inclusive, diverse, and human.

As our community and partnerships grow, we’re looking for an Operations & Communications Support who helps keep everything running smoothly and communicates our work with creativity, care and quality.

This role combines strong operational follow-up with hands-on communication and content creation.

FUNCTIE

This role is centered on execution, structured planning, and operational follow-up, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently and on time. It is primarily execution-focused rather than strategy or community management.

Operations & Partner / Event Follow-up

• Coordinate and practical follow-up on events, partners, and deliverables

• Keep timelines, agreements, and details on track (multiple projects at once)

• Act as a reliable point of contact for partners and internal stakeholders

• Ensure nothing slips through the cracks and everything gets finished properly

Communications

• Create and manage content for email, social media, and community updates

• Write clear, warm copy that fits the Clusity tone

• Use templates and basic design tools to keep visuals consistent and high-quality

• Do quality control on everything that goes out to our community and partners

PROFIEL

Must-haves

• Get energy & satisfaction from hitting deadlines, preparing & ticking off tasks and over all: get things done.

• Strong written and spoken English

• Excellent communication skills (copywriting + basic design sense)

• Very strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently, proactively, and responsibly

• High standards and a natural sense of ownership and quality

Nice to haves

• Dutch and/or French

• Affinity with gender diversity, inclusion, or technology

• Comfortable with fast changes and shifting priorities (we’re a start-up! :D)

• Socially strong, a natural networker (potential for community-facing role)

• A genuine love for social media (Instagram and/or TikTok 📱)
