FUNCTIE

executive support for CTO and management support for director: hosting visits, travels, solving agenda conflicts,..

Providing proactive support to the team, director, fellow, and program manager by coordinating visits and travel arrangements, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

  • tech-savvy, proficient in using various tools

  • liaise in a constructive way with internal customers and team members

  • Work regime: parttime (50%) with daily presence in the office
